Natural Home remedies for mouth ulcers


Mouth ulcers are relatively common and annoying. These painful, open sores in white and surrounded by inflamed red border. Most often they occur on the inner side of the cheeks, lips, under the tongue and mouth floor.

There may be many reasons for the occurrence of ulcers, but some types of ulcers are:

Small ulcers:

This is the most common type of sores (aphthous stomatitis), and called in 80% of cases. Small ulcers healing time, usually 7 - 10 days.

Major sores:

Coconut milk is a good remedy for peptic ulcer. Extract of milk with fresh coconut gratings. Now rinse with this coconut milk for about three to four times a day.

Coriander leaves are boiled in water, a simple tool for mouth ulcers. Let the water cool and rinse with warm water for at least 3-4 times a day and pay attention to the best results.

Rinse with one cup of cold / cooled water and one cup of warm water as an alternative. This procedure will effectively treat ulcers in the mouth.

Take one cup of fenugreek leaves and boil them in two cups of water. Strain the water and keep it aside for a while, covering it with a lid. Rinse the water twice or thrice a day.

Boil one cup of water and add one teaspoon of coriander seeds in it. Once it becomes alert and rinse to remove it when the water is slightly warm. Repeat this step 3 to 4 times per day.

Aloevera is an effective natural remedy for mouth ulcers. Get at least two tablespoons of aloe vera gel three times a day for quick results.

Chewing 5 - 6 leaves of basil (tulsi leaves) with a small amount of water each day will help you get rid of mouth ulcers. Repeat this process five or six times a day for best results.

Chew five to six parts of the holy basil leaves and drink some water. Do this for at least 5-6 times, when you get mouth ulcers.

Consuming raw tomatoes helps you get rid of mouth ulcers. You can even try rinsing with tomato juice three to four times a day.

You can use a mixture of camphor and candies on the blister. This mixture is made with 7 parts mishri (candy) and one part camphor. This is one of the easiest home remedy for the treatment of mouth ulcers.

Apply a mixture of turmeric powder and glycerin. To make the mixture, take a pinch of turmeric and one teaspoon of glycerin.

Take one teaspoon of honey and mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric to make a paste. Now rub it on the canker sores.

Eat a banana with cream cheese as the first thing in the morning for best results.
One proven means for treating ulcers in the mouth is to massage the gums in the mouth with honey and coconut oil mixture.

Make a paste of Indian gooseberry and apply it directly on the sore. Repeat this process at least twice a day and note the rapid results.

Make your own antiseptic mouthwash with ten drops of tea tree oil in 1/3 cup of water. Swish the mouthwash for 30 seconds and spit it out. This will help you cure the infection and heal the ulcer.
Dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in one cup of water to make salt water mouthwash. Now swing the mouthwash for at least 30 seconds and then spit it out. You can also gargle with warm salt water for best results.

Soda will also help you get rid of these painful sores.
Dab two drops of tea tree oil directly on the ulcer, making it reduce the redness around the sores, and also reduces the inflammation caused.

Another quick way to treat mouth ulcers in the short term is the use of cranberry juice. Keep the juice in the mouth of the ulcer, for best results.

You can even use plain yogurt for the treatment of stomatitis.
Eat raw salad with lots of onions; it will help you make the sores disappear.

PDO:

Use night and a soft brush to clean the teeth every morning.

At every meal, drink at least one cup of cranberry juice.

Use straw, sipping soft drinks and chilled water.

Eat soothing foods, such as yogurt, ice cream and custard. Also, try to eat foods like mixed relaxing cool fruit custard, ice cream, etc., that will help you get rid of the burning ulcers.

Etiquette:

Keep away from spicy and hot food.

Avoid consumption of drinks and solid foods, such as coffee and tea.

Avoid consumption of addictive products such as alcohol, tobacco, etc.

After the above precautions and natural home remedies will help you to get rid of painful ulcers in the mouth very quickly and easily.
